Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.1 Services

SprynAI LLC understands that circumstances may arise requiring the cancellation of services. To cancel services, please contact us at contact@sprynai.com at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

1.2 Subscription Plans

For subscription plans, you may cancel at any time by contacting us at contact@sprynai.com. However, please note that cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.

You may need to validate your subscription in accordance with our terms. In that case, depending on your project or service, the amount you will be refunded after we cancel your service.

2.1 Services

Refunds for services will be provided in accordance with the following conditions:

• If the cancellation is made 7 days or more before the scheduled service date, a full refund will be issued.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on the circumstances.

2.1.1 Customized Services

Custom website design, which we can't sell for any other purpose, or set-up or fix any SEO or Google products as per your needs. etc. No refund will be issued in respect of services.

2.2 Subscription Plans

For subscription plans, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
• Refunds will only be considered for the time has been passed and how much we progress with your project.

2.3 Exceptional Circumstances

SprynAI LLC reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues, service unavailability, or other situations that may warrant a refund.

3.1 PayPal

In case of PayPal payment refund, we will refund you minus cancellation fees. In that case it can change at any time.

3.2 Stripe, Airwallex, SumUp, Square

Stripe, Airwallex, SumUp, and Square Payment (Credit, Debit, Prepaid) Cards fees shall be excluded as the cancellation fees and you can see and understand the fees for refunded payments.

3.3 Bank Transfer

You will be refunded depending on the currency you are paying from and in which country. Fees will be deducted from your paid amount including bank charges.
